What is the reason the Indian children are so respectful? If India has a population of 1.2 billion; then the top 25% of the best educated represent the entire population of USA – 300 million!</div><div><br /></div><div>The USA represents only 5% of the world population, and with such a precious resource some citieshave less than 50% of the children entering the first grade actually graduate – 38% in Trenton –similar in Detroit. This translates to the fact India has more honors students than USA has students!</div><div><br /></div><div>We must address this problem seriously, and money is not the issue.
